Here's another photo that in it's original low quality state was... well... low quality. It was grainy and just not that great. Here I used a filter called Poster Edges to make it more interesting and take away the low quality look it had. Ascetically I love how the buildings almost loom over you. The photo is dark and ominous when looking at the buildings to the left, but then shifting your gaze around there's a rather bright and hopeful sky above.
