It's fun to go back and edit shots from a month or so ago and re-discover shots that you just fall in love with. This is certainly one of them for me. I took this shot at the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. I took a LOT of shots there, so get ready! I think most of my posts for the next month will be from there an my trip to Pittsburgh, PA.
At the conservatory I used only my macro lens. Just makes more sense. With a macro lens you can get great close up shots like this or you can back up a bit and take a regular full from landscape shot. I love my macro lens, it's so versatile.
