Simply put I love leaf photos. This one was shot while hiking up to Jennings Peak in the Sandwich Mountain Range in NH. A great hike with a lot of good photo opportunities. Of course the problem with photography in the woods is the amount of light you have, or in most cases DON'T have. The forest canopy makes it very difficult to get enough light for a really good shot, so you have to know how to manipulate your camera, and photoshop, in order to get just what you want.
This shot was taken at F 5.6, ISO was set for 100, my lighting was set for "Cloudy," and it was at 1/10 SS.
