What you're looking at is the Columbia River and on the other side of it is Astoria, OR where many shots from the movie The Goonies were taken, most notably the homestead of the main character. It was a nice photo but I wanted to jazz it up a bit so I added a dry brush filter to make it look like it was maybe a painting. Enjoy!
