Day 27; This was from my Switzerland trip a few years ago and I remember seeing this framed hole in the stone wall and wondering why it was there. What is the point of this little space in the middle of a wall? Other than not knowing what this is, I do think that it's really interesting and kind of pretty in it's own way. My only problem with this shot is I wish I took it in color. It would have been so much more interesting to see the colorful flowers (that here seem to blend into the rock) stand out against the rock wall that it crawls upon. Otherwise I did like this picture and I think it really makes you wonder why it was places there? What purpose did/does it serve. Enjoy, Faythe...
